Grant Program Policy
Eligibility
Employees of Kimberly-Clark Corporation and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and
any other companies engaged in the development or production of
this grant application program, as well as the immediate family
(spouse, parents, siblings and children and their respective
spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of
each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to
submit grant applications.
Permissions
All decisions on grant applications are final and are solely
within the discretion of Kimberly-Clark Corporation and its agents.
Entry of a grant application constitutes permission to use
applicant's name, likeness, voice, image and photograph for
publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission
should she receive a grant, except where prohibited by law. By
submitting a grant application, applicant agrees to release,
discharge and hold harmless Kimberly-Clark Corporation, its
subsidiaries, affiliates and agents from all claims, damages,
liabilities, injuries and expenses arising out of applicant's
participation in the grant application program.
Disclosure
Further, Kimberly-Clark Corporation is not responsible for any
typographical or other error in printing, or in the offering or the
announcement of a grant. Kimberly-Clark Corporation is not
responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, undelivered or
illegible grant application materials, or any failure or
unavailability of electronic communications or Internet
connections. If for any reason the integrity or intended proper
conduct of this grant application program is compromised,
Kimberly-Clark Corporation reserves the right to terminate, modify
or suspend the program.
